Fuzhou Shimao 108 Tower
Gensler describes the 518-meter Fuzhou Shimao 108 Tower as the most prominent icon in Fuzhou that applies sustainable strategies and cutting-edge design. Taking the spiral form, Fuzhou Tower symbolizes the Banyan tree of the city as growing prosperity. Fuzhou Tower houses high-end residentials, Class A office space, observatory, luxury hotels, retail spaces and cultural amenities.
My role is to perform the podium design modelling and rendering under schematic design phase with one of my colleague. I did the series of design studies through Rhino, Enscape, Grasshopper and 3D printing.
My another role is to prepare and compile weekly chairman presentations.

Perry Cabin Inn
Robert AM. Stern describes this project as additions and renovations to an historic resort hotel in coastal Maryland. The work consists of master planning and schematic design for a series of new buildings on the property, including 50 new guest rooms in three buildings, 4 new guest cottages, and a clubhouse with fitness, amenity, and event spaces grouped around a outdoor pool.
My role is to publish architectural monograph of site based on color code through AutoCAD plugin M-color.

North Market Hotel
Robert AM. Stern describes this project as 167,900 square feet of mixed-use development on a prominent site on Market Street, in the heart of Charleston’s well-known historic district where the Ansonborough neighborhood meets the French Quarter, combines a five-star hotel above street-level shops and private residences.
My role is to perform context elevation studies, offer design ideas on layout, drafting perspectives on watercolor paper and make clay massing models.
My another role is to prepare client presentations and attend all client meetings.
